St. Josef’s Guild Church Bichlbach

A church of historical importance

Many baroque carved figures decorate the St. Josef’s Guild Church in Bichlbach. They are of high artistic quality and of high architectonic meaning. Well worth seeing are also the frescos, crypts or further décor like the organ, the pulpit, choir stalls and much more.

The centrepiece is the 10 meters high main altar. It is pompously decorated and nearly fully gilded. That main altar counts to the peak performances of the high baroque statuary of the Außerfern.

The Guild Church is open for visitations every day (during the day).
